2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>RAPORT DE ASISTEN\u021a\u0102\u00a0TEHNIC\u0102<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Apartament \u00een\u00a0imobil situat \u00een\u00a0zona Metro Militari<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0DOCUMENTE VERIFICATE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>autorizatie de construire \u2013 <strong><em>exista<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>proiect tehnic structura de rezistenta \u2013<strong><em> exista<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>documente din timpul executiei (procese verbale, condica de betoane, documente de provenienta a otelului, rapoarte de incercare pe otel) \u2013 <strong><em>nu exista sau nu ni s-a permis accesul la ele.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0CONSTATARI DIN ANALIZA PROIECTULUI SI DIN VIZITA LA SANTIER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conform studiului geotehnic terenul de fundare se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 in categoria A a terenurilor sensibile la umezire; conform normativului NP125\/2010 toate conductele purt\u0103toare de apa care intra sau ies din cl\u0103dire trebuie protejate de canivouri \u00eempotriva pierderilor accidentale de apa \u2013 <strong>nu exista prev\u0103zute astfel de masuri;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>in proiect exista abateri de la normativele in vigoare la data realiz\u0103rii proiectului, cum ar fi:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; in anumite situatii armaturile de la partea superiora a grinzilor sunt pre scurte si vor intra lucru la capacitatea maxima, micsorandu-se astfel capacitatea portanta a acestora;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00eembin\u0103ri ale armaturilor in afara st\u00e2lpilor;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; lungimi de suprapunere ale armaturilor mai mici dec\u00e2t cele prev\u0103zute prin norme;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; in multe zone armaturile din grinzile longitudinale nu sunt ancorate suficient in st\u00e2lpi; acest fenomen apare datorita faptului ca unele grinzi sunt orientate perpendicular pe st\u00e2lpi, ancor\u00e2ndu-se practic doar in 30x30cm de beton.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; conform normativelor in vigoare, armaturile cu diametrul mai mare de 20mm trebuiau sudate la nivelul parterului de mustatile din infrastructura.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; zidaria exterioara dispusa la marginea balcoanelor (in consola sau bow-window) nu are samburi din beton armat; din acest motiv pot aparea fisuri sau dislocari in timpul unor cutremure;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nu exista buiandrugi din beton armat prefabricati sau monoliti la usile interioare (acestia sunt realizati din bare de otel beton);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; aticul din zidarie al mansardei nu are samburi din beton armat; pot aparea fisuri sau dislocari in timpul unor cutremure;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>CONCLUZII<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neconformitatile mentionate mai sus sunt in masura de a produce degradari unor elemente nestructurale (ziduri, finisaje, instalatii) cat si unor elemente structurale, dar nu de a produce colapsul cladirii.<\/p>\n<p>In lipsa unor informatii clare privind respectarea calitatii materialelor indicate in proiect si a altor documente care sa ateste calitatea lucrarilor de constructie, nu putem avea o imagine clara asupra comportarii acestei cladiri la un seism similar sau mai mare cu cel din 1977.<\/p>\n<p>Va recomandam sa acordati o deosebita grija partii contractuale si respecatarii termenelor de livrare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAPORT DE ASISTEN\u021a\u0102\u00a0TEHNIC\u0102 Apartament \u00een\u00a0imobil situat \u00een\u00a0zona Metro Militari &nbsp;
